prestižo vertė statusas Aprobuotas sritis mokesčiai apibrėžtis Dydis, kuriuo, įsigyjant kito apmokestinamojo vieneto veiklą kaip kompleksą ar jo veiklos dalį kaip teisių ir prievolių visumą, organizaciniu požiūriu sudarančią autonomišką ekonominį apmokestinamąjį vienetą, vykdantį veiklą ir galintį atlikti savo funkcijas savo nuožiūra, arba siekiant valdyti kito apmokestinamojo vieneto grynąjį turtą ir veiklą, įsigyjant jo akcijas, įsigyjančiojo vieneto pinigais sumokėta kaina viršija įsigyto apmokestinamojo vieneto grynojo turto dalies, įvertintos tikrąja rinkos kaina, vertę ir iš kurio įsigyjantysis vienetas tikisi gauti ekonominės naudos. Apskaičiuojant grynąjį turtą neatsižvelgiama į įsigyjamojo vieneto turimą turtą, kuris nebuvo pripažintas jo apskaitoje, nes šis turtas neturėjo reikalingų pripažinimo požymių (pagrįstai nebuvo tikimasi, kad apmokestinamasis vienetas iš turto gaus ekonominės naudos būsimaisiais laikotarpiais, ir nebuvo galima patikimai nustatyti turto įsigijimo kainos), arba buvo gautas neatlyginamai iš valstybės, savivaldybės ar viešojo juridinio asmens, kurio steigėjas yra valstybės ar savivaldybės institucija, tačiau turi tikrąją rinkos kainą. atitikmenys: angl. goodwill šaltinis Lietuvos Respublikos pelno mokesčio įstatymo 2, 4, 7, 11, 12, 18, 26, 43, 50, 51, 53 straipsnių, įstatymo 1 priedėlio pakeitimo ir papildymo ir įstatymo papildymo 38¹ bei 38² straipsniais įstatymas (Žin., 2007, Nr. 55-2126)
